MDI-MITTELDEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN UNTERNEHMENSGRUPPE has successfully completed the acquisition of the former MAXX by Steigenberger hotel property in Deidesheim. The transaction represents another important milestone in the company's long-term growth strategy and further expands its hospitality portfolio.

 

The hotel comprises 124 guest rooms as well as restaurant, conference and wellness facilities. Located on the famous German Wine Route and close to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the property offers excellent potential for sustainable development and long-term value creation.

 

The company plans to comprehensively modernize the property and align it with contemporary and sustainable hospitality standards. The hotel is scheduled to reopen next year.
